Fulfilling Your Wishes to Find Hope
At Yellow Rose hospice, we advocate helping grant the wishes of our clients. Our hospice social worker will help the client and their family find available local services and resources to support them. Our hospice social worker’s main goal is to find what issues bother them and find ways in resolving them. We will ensure to bring calmness from the difficult situations our clients face through empathy, advocacy, and support. It all depends on the client’s situation.
